What is pressure?

Pressure is a force of an object being spread over a surface area. Because the form of the fluid would take the shape of a container the pressure would spread out all around the container. The force can also be caused by the weight of an object and not only gravity. Because this website is based on fluids, fluids means gas or liquid.
